convenient location historic building friendly staff
i found the location convenient. it's in the heart of everything. the building is historic, which adds a unique charm. the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist.
i noticed some decor needed updating. there were a few marks on the carpets and walls. also, the wifi signal was a little weak at times.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff members were very polite and helpful . The hotel appears beautiful, with nice interior design. The price seemed reasonable considering the amenities available.
I noticed the absence of clear signage at the entrance. This made it difficult to locate upon arrival. The reception desk was somewhat hidden around a corner.

the location is perfect. the staff were friendly and always helpful with questions. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel offers a charming atmosphere that i really appreciated.
i noticed very slight wear on some carpets, but this is mentioned to be rectified soon.

The room was really spacious and had massive settees. i loved the large jacuzzi bath. It was such a treat! the location was perfect. Everything was close by. i especially appreciated the secure parking at albert docks across the road!
The shower was more of a dribble. It needs some attention.

fluffy towels great view
the top floor room provided great views of the docks. i especially loved the fluffy towels provided. the bar area terrace was superb! anything i asked for arrived quickly!
the room was really bright because of the overhead lighting but still felt dark when sitting at the desk.
